CooLMiniPanel - Foldable Portable Solar Charger

Description: Project goal was to develop a new type of solar charger product and launched via my own business. CooLMiniPanel is a foldable portable solar charger with 3 types of pattern. My tasks in this project included:
1) Generated new product idea by using SWOT (Strong, Weakness, Opportunities and Threats) model.
2) Designed, developed and created the pattern of product.
3) Analysed the market trends of solar energy product in Malaysia.
4) Planned, executed, monitored and controlled the production activities included sourcing, schedule planning, material analysis, sampling, quality control and etc.
5) Launched and advertised product through numerous platforms.
